Region Settings Section:
The most common problem with DVD players is that they don't allow more than 5 region changes (or similar)
But as with every computer protection, there are always ways around, depending on what player or DVD-ROM you have there are different tools for editing this and other features like, macrovision protection.
But note if you have a hardware protected DVD-ROM you might need to update it with flash files - check the DVD section.
